# Default Users

"Default" Users have access to all so-called User Commands. Excluding those who either have a role that has been blacklisted with the [/blocked-role](/commands/owner-commands/blocked-role.md) command or users who have been manually blocked by a Server Manager, Server Administrator, or the Ravenhub Support Staff using the [/blacklist](/commands/manager-commands/blacklist.md) command.
